Bird Punch Valentine
Have you checked out the new Occasions Mini Catalog yet? I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love it when the new mini catalogs arrive. As you know I am a ribbon girl so I love any new ribbons that are offered. This mini is no exception. The 3/8″ Pleated Satin ribbon comes in 4 different colors. Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride, Baja Breeze and as seen above – Riding Hood Red. Other new products featured on my Valentine card include the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper, the Mixed Bunch stamp set, and the Sweet Cake stamp set.

The new mini catalog has arrived and it is full of wonderful new products. My favorite (of course) is the new ribbons. I will be announcing a few product shares soon and will be posting some samples from the new catalog within the next few days.

3D Christmas Tree
Only a week until Christmas! There is just enough time for me to post a few more Christmas ideas. Today I am featuring a card made using the Pennant Parade stamp set (122740 w/ 122742 c) and coordinating Petite Pennant Builder punch(122361).
Start by stamping your trees with Always Artichoke ink onto the same color cardstock. **Tip – stamp with the points closest to the edge of your paper so you can punch them out with the Pennant Builder punch. Stamp and punch out three “trees”.
Fold your trees in half with the stamped image toward the inside.
Once your trees are folded, tape or glue them together by stacking them one on top of another. After stacking all three trees together you can open them up so they form one 3D tree. Attach the tree to your card front and you will have a fun 3 dimensional card. The tree is also assembled in a way that will allow you to flatten it when you mail it.
Project Recipe:
Whisper White Cardstock (100730) - 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and 2 1/2″ x 3″- round corners with the 3/16″ corner rounder punch (119871), Real Red cardstock (102482) – 4″ x 5 1/4″, Always Artichoke cardstock (105119) for the three tree punches, 5/8″ Real Red Satin Ribbon(117286), Always Artichoke Classic Ink (105219), Real Red Classic ink (103133), Basic Rhinestones(119246), greeting from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (115370).

Simply Adorned monogram charm
Looking for a unique and fun gift idea? Our Simply Adorned charms are just the thing. The charms come in five sizes and can be personalized with your own creation. The locket style charms are hinged and allow you to change the artwork inside. Each charm is nickel-plated and has a tempered glass front and back.
The sample above is the 1″ x 1 1/4″ size charm(116798). I personalized it with my monogram that was punched out from the Just Add Cake designer paper (124339) using a 1/2″ circle punch (119869). The background of the charm is a 1″ x 1/4″ piece of Paisley Petals designer paper (122367). The ribbon is our Chocolate Chip 1/2″ Scallop Dots Ribbon (124142). While I LOVE our polka dot ribbon I didn’t think it looked right on this charm. So I flipped it over and used the back which is plain. Beautiful scalloped ribbon without the polka dots! The finishing touch was large pearl from our Basic Pearls (119247).
